Summer 2013

Summer flew by, as it always does. Why is it that the older your children get, the faster time seems to pass? Its not fair. Tomorrow, the boys start preschool and I know that I will blink my eyes and it will be christmas.  More pictures of our summer:

 The Carlson's came to surprise the boys and we celebrated my mom's birthday.  My dad's name is now, permanently, "Sneaky Poppi"

We had a great weekend when Dave, Kristen & William came to visit. It was hot but its so much fun hanging out with people who really know you and who love your kids (as much as you love theirs). Family is the best!

They have matching stares.  Killer.

Next up was a trip to Frederick for the 4th of July.  We had so much fun visiting with friends, we didn't want to leave. The Keatings opened their house to us, what a wonderful family!

After the 4th, we headed over to Annapolis for some Campbell time. Jan and Jim took us on a Pirate Adventure.  Alex got to drive the boat!!

Then the bittersweet July 20th came. The boys turned 4.  Its so much fun to celebrate them but I really don't like ticking another year off the calendar.  Although, I do love each year more and more.  Jan and Jim came down to celebrate with us and it was such a special time. The boys were completely spoiled by the Aunts & Uncles (they opened gifts ALL DAY) and we had so much fun.

We had a friend-reunion trip down in FL.  So great to see everyone again!
